All items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of payment, Monday - Friday during normal business hours. If there is a delay in shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
During Sale/Promotion/Busy Periods, orders may take a bit longer to process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Orders placed after 12pm EDT will be processed and will leave the warehouse the next business day.
For Bulk Orders, please note that it may require additional processing time for shipment.
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit caused by the courier which we have no control over. Same as incorrect delivery address provided.

Please follow these steps when sending your return item/s:
All return items must be unworn, in new condition, and in its original retail packaging with your original invoice.
All returns must be sent with tracking number so that your package may be tracked.
Returns will be credited to the original form of payment on your order.
Where an item is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
